Sativa - Great for daytime use, produces a strong stimulating cerebral affect while still providing effective pain relief for a variety of symptoms. Sativa strains tend to have a high THC content and have uplifting effect. These strains typically originate near the equator in warm tropical areas. They normally grow taller, more elongated, and have longer flowering times than other strains. Recommended for Migraines, Headaches, Appetite Stimulant, Depression, Nausea, Energy, Creativity, and Reduced Awareness of Pain. Common Strains: Hazes, Diesels, Jack Herer, White Widow, White Rhino, and Hawaiian.

Indica – Good for nighttime use, indicas have a very relaxing effect and provide very strong pain relief. Indicas have higher CBD content which helps contribute to their effectiveness. These strains originate further away from the equator in drier environments. They grow smaller with larger broader leaves, and have a shorter flowering time than sativas.
